Senior Management Team
The leadership team brings extensive experience across construction, engineering, and infrastructure throughout the UK, Ireland, and Europe. With strengths in project delivery, commercial strategy, financial management, and business growth, they have led the company’s expansion across data centre, pharmaceutical, and critical infrastructure projects. Combining hands-on site expertise with strategic planning and international development, they deliver high-quality, compliant projects and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
Michael founded Centum in 2015 and has 15+ years’ experience growing businesses across construction, engineering, and infrastructure. He oversees all aspects of strategy and delivery, building strong client relationships and expanding internationally.
Paddy has 15 years’ experience managing construction, data centre, and pharmaceutical projects across the UK and Europe. As Commercial Director for the past 7 years, he oversees all Centum projects, combining business development with the effective supply of electrical contractors.
James brings over 24 years of experience across the data centre and pharmaceutical sectors. As Divisional Director, he leads major project teams, driving performance, quality, and client satisfaction. His expertise in project delivery and operational leadership supports the successful execution of complex engineering projects across Europe.
Kevin has over 15 years’ experience in construction, specialising in mechanical and electrical services for data centres across Europe. He oversees site management, quality, and safety, leading teams to deliver complex projects effectively.
Jonathan brings over 38 years of experience across the utilities, renewable energy, and high-voltage power sectors. As Divisional Director, he leads the delivery of HV infrastructure projects, overseeing operational performance, commercial management, and project execution. His expertise in power networks, substations, and overhead lines supports the safe and successful delivery of critical energy infrastructure projects.
David brings over a decade of experience leading engineering and construction projects across the data centre and infrastructure sectors. As Operations Manager, he oversees project delivery, operational performance, and team coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. His background in project management and construction leadership supports successful outcomes across Centum’s operations.
Damien has over 10 years’ financial leadership experience, with a Big Four background and ACA qualification. Holding a BA in Accounting & Finance, he supports strategy, compliance, and performance across jurisdictions, driving growth within complex construction environments.

With strong electrical, mechanical, and site management experience, they oversee complex programmes, multidisciplinary teams, and strict regulatory requirements. From mobilisation to completion, the team ensures safe, efficient delivery through clear communication, problem-solving, and collaboration, consistently meeting exacting client and industry standards.
David brings over 30 years of experience in health, safety, environmental, and compliance leadership. As Head of EHS, he leads Centum’s safety strategy, compliance programmes, and integrated management systems, helping maintain the highest standards across all projects. His experience supports a strong safety culture while driving continuous improvement throughout the business.
Ryan brings over 15 years of experience delivering major data centre projects across Europe. As Commercial Manager, he oversees contracts, cost control, and commercial performance, helping ensure successful outcomes for clients while supporting growth and operational excellence across the business.
Oran brings extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor across major data centre construction projects throughout Europe. He supports the commercial management of projects, overseeing cost control, valuations, procurement, and contract administration to help ensure successful project outcomes. With a strong understanding of complex project environments, Oran plays a key role in maintaining commercial performance while supporting efficient project delivery.
Eoin brings experience in electrical installation, quality assurance, and project delivery across the data centre and pharmaceutical sectors. As QA/QC Lead, he oversees quality processes, inspections, and compliance activities, helping ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
Martin has over 19 years of experience in electrical construction, pre-construction, and workforce integration across data centres, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, power generation, and commercial sectors. With extensive expertise in programme delivery, resource planning, commercial coordination, and client management, he leads multidisciplinary teams from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
Craig brings over 25 years of experience in procurement and the electrical sector. As Procurement Manager, he oversees supplier relationships and material purchasing, helping ensure projects are supplied efficiently, cost-effectively, and on schedule.
Sarunas has extensive experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital engineering, and multidisciplinary project coordination across complex construction projects. With a strong technical background and a detail-focused approach, he supports project delivery through 3D model development, clash detection, and collaborative coordination, helping to improve design accuracy, efficiency, and project outcomes across Ireland and Europe.
Eoin brings experience in electrical installation, quality assurance, and project delivery across the data centre and pharmaceutical sectors. As QA/QC Lead, he oversees quality processes, inspections, and compliance activities, helping ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards while supporting continuous improvement across the business.

Our Training & Development team is responsible for preparing, developing, and supporting the skilled workforce that powers Centum's projects across Europe. Through structured training programmes, practical assessments, compliance development, and clear career pathways, the team ensures every individual has the skills, knowledge, and confidence to work safely, perform effectively, and progress throughout their career.
Paul brings extensive experience in electrical installation, workforce development, and quality standards across major construction projects. As Head of Training, he leads the Centum Academy, developing training programmes that prepare and support craft personnel throughout their careers. Working closely with operational teams, Paul helps ensure employees are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and standards required to deliver quality work safely and effectively across Europe.
Reinier has over 20 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and commissioning across the construction, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. Beginning his career with Serco Highway Maintenance in 2005 before joining Centum Engineering in 2014, he has contributed to major projects including Liverpool Hospital, Dundonald Mental Hospital, Intel Leixlip, WuXi Biologics Dundalk, Elm Park, and the Bristol-Myers Squibb facility in Dublin.

Our in-house app supports navigation, progress tracking, and real-time updates on site. Ryan has 12+ years’ experience in the energy sector across sales, operations, and logistics. As Executive Treasurer at Lissan House Trust, he led financial reviews and funding. His planning expertise ensures smooth delivery of complex, multi-site projects.
Liam supports workforce travel, accommodation, and project mobilisation across Europe. Working closely with employees and project teams, he helps ensure people and resources are in place to support efficient project delivery.
Kinga is a Logistics Administrator supporting the coordination of travel, accommodation, and workforce movements across Centum’s projects. Working closely with site teams and operational departments, she helps ensure personnel and resources are where they need to be, supporting efficient project delivery throughout Europe.
In-House Global Mobility Team

From risk assessments and payroll oversight to workforce mobilisation, registrations, and logistics, we provide end-to-end support. Supplying over one million man-hours annually, including mission-critical data centre projects, we ensure quality, safety, compliance, and performance from installation through commissioning.
Hollie has 7 years in HR and Global Mobility, supporting international projects with CIPD and HR Management qualifications. She worked closely with Big Four providers to deliver Centum’s European expansion, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding.
Rebecca has 5 years’ experience in construction and engineering, specialising in workforce and country-specific compliance. With a BSc in HR Management and CIPD Level 5, she ensures Centum’s operations align with local labour laws and client requirements across Europe, supporting seamless project delivery.
Recruitment

Centum’s Finance Department underpins the company’s financial strength, overseeing budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and reporting. Working closely with project teams, they monitor costs, ensure compliance, and support informed decision-making across jurisdictions. Their collaborative, transparent approach aligns financial control with strategic objectives, enabling sustainable growth, efficient resource management, and long-term value for clients and stakeholders.
Sylwia is a bilingual ACA-qualified accountant with 15+ years in construction finance. With a Master’s in Economics, she specialises in tax optimisation, compliance, and international operations, delivering financial leadership and supporting global business growth.
Ryan is a Management Accountant with experience supporting financial reporting, project performance, and business decision-making within engineering environments. He plays a key role in monitoring project costs and analysing financial data to support profitability, operational efficiency, and effective financial control across the organisation.
Richard brings over 15 years’ financial expertise, having held senior roles in both industry and practice. Formerly Senior Manager at ASM Chartered Accountants and CFO at DMS, he supports Centum with strategic planning, budgeting, and financial compliance across multi-jurisdictional operations.
With 10 years in accounting, including 6 in Dubai, Lodeliza handles full-cycle payables and receivables. A Management Accounting graduate, she brings international experience, adaptability, and attention to detail to financial operations.
Andrew supports Centum’s finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, bringing strong attention to detail and a solid grasp of financial processes. As Assistant Accountant, he contributes to reporting, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple projects and jurisdictions.
Chris brings a strong background in commercial finance, financial reporting, and business performance. He works closely with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight, improve decision-making, and support the successful delivery of projects across Centum’s European operations.
Payroll
Centum’s Payroll Department ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payment across multi-jurisdictional workforces. Managing timesheets, benefits, and confidential records with precision, the team supports employee trust and regulatory compliance. Daryl has over 11 years’ experience in construction finance, with a BSc in Business with Accountancy and part-qualification with Chartered Accountants Ireland. Skilled in Sage Accounts and process improvement, he brings a structured, efficient approach to financial operations.
Natasha supports payroll and admin operations with expertise in ROI and European compliance. She processes payrolls, audits, and benefits with accuracy and discretion, ensuring back-office functions run smoothly in compliance-focused environments.
