With cold winters and the pressures experienced across the construction industry, preparing our teams means looking beyond the conditions on site.
On our Sweden project, Enda McNulty from McNulty Performance delivered the Winter Ready programme, supported by Winthrop Technologies and Centum Engineering. The interactive session brought site teams together to focus on “what’s under the hard hat”, encouraging open conversations around wellbeing, resilience, communication and personal safety.
It was an opportunity to reflect on what matters beyond the job, while reinforcing the importance of looking out for one another throughout the challenging winter months.
